Dora was born April 15th, 1935 in Goliad, Texas, to Clemente and Ricarda Samora. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Jose, son Joe Subia Jr., her loving parents, two brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her son George Subia, wife Irene Subia, two granddaughters Tesa Subia, Sarita Subia, fiance Dean Conlin and great grandson Marcus McCoy.
A public viewing for Dora will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors, 4635 Oakwood Dr, Odessa, Texas 79761. A rosary will occur Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 4635 Oakwood Dr, Odessa, Texas 79761. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 907 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, Texas 79761. A burial will occur Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Ector County Cemetery, 300 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, Texas.
