Elisandro D Pridgen

In our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found a beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother & Dear Friend Elisandro D. Pridgen. Mr. Pridgen 96, of Odessa, Tx passed away Wednesday May 06, 2015 at his Residence.

He was born October 10,1918 in Del Rio, Texas to Henry & Rita Dominguez Pridgen. Mr. Pridgen was a Christian Catholic and retired from the maintenance dept, with the Texas Department of Transportation.

Mr. Pridgen is preceded in death by Wife Leonor Pridgen, Parents Henry & Rita Pridgen,a Brother, Henry Pridgen and a Sister ,Herminia Lopez.

He is survived by Sons; Sergio Pridgen & Elisandro Pridgen Jr. both of Odessa, Texas,, and 2 Grandchildren, Elisandro Pridgen III and Sebastian Pridgen both of Odessa Texas.Nieces,Gloria Jurado of Odessa Texas, Berta Barron of Ft Stockton Tx,Irma Gonzales of Austin Texas, and Nephew Ernesto Zepeda of Odessa Texas. Great-Nieces ,Julie, Monica,& Cynthia .Great- Nephews ,Jesse, Robert, Gilbert & Donnie.

Visitation will be held Today, Saturday May 9,2015 from 8:00 am -9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Odessa Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held in Sanderson, Texas at St. Jame’s Catholic Church (209 W. Hackberry St) Sunday May 10, 2015 from 5:00pm -9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm. Mass will be celebrated at 11 am Monday May 11,2015 at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Serafin Avenido Interment to follow at Santa Rita Cemetery in Sanderson, Texas. Services by Odessa Funeral Home.
