Esperanza Olivas 92,of Odessa ,Texas , passed away Saturday August 22, 2015 at her residence. She was born August 01,1923 in Cuchillo Parado, Chihuahua, Mexico to Leandro Garcia and Guadalupe Hermosillo Garcia.
She was a Christian Catholic and a Homemaker. She is preceded in death by Husband; Ramon Olivas, Parents; Leandro Garcia and Guadalupe Hermosillo.
She is survived by Son ;Jesus Olivas of Ojinaga ,Chihuhua Mexico, Daughters ;Consuelo Aranda ,Blasa Brown, and Maria Thon all of Midland Texas, Maria Jurado and Olga Caballero of Odessa & Bertha Asdo of Lubbock Texas,Texas. 14 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren ,and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren..
Visitation will begin today Tuesday August 25, 2015 from 8am to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at10:00am Wednesday August 26, 2015 at St Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Midland Texas. . Services by Odessa Funeral Home.
