Harry Curtis Rambo

Harry attended public school in Luna County, NM, and graduated from Deming High School in Deming, NM, in 1935. He married Mary Louise Smith, October 15, 1940. He moved to Douglas, AZ, and worked for Phillips and Dodge Copper Queens Smelter until August 1943. He started working for El Paso Natural Gas Company and continued there until his retirement in 1980. After 49 years of marriage, Mary preceded him in death on August 26, 1990. He then met and married Maurine Devazier on March 24, 1991.

Survivors include two sons Dwight Rambo of Odessa and Ronald Rambo of Wichita, KS; one daughter Paula Rambo of Midland; ten grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013, at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel. Burial will be Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 11:00 am (MST) in the Mountain View Cemetery in Deming, NM.
