Jan Ryan

Our beloved Jan Ryan passed from this life to be with our Lord on Friday, June 03, 2016. Jan was born on October 20, 1948 in Seminole, Texas to Doris and Raymond Redwine. She married Billy Ryan on November 09, 1972. They spent 44 beautiful years together.

Jan was very active with local charities and was the owner of Playtime Lounge. She was a very devoted wife, mother, and “Granci” to not only her own family, but to many others that adopted her as well. She was very talented with her painting, crafts, and decorating and she was one of the most intelligent women we have ever known.

She is survived by her husband Billy Ryan of Odessa, Texas, her daughter, Jill Golden of Odessa, Texas, Stepson Billy Ryan Jr., of Mansfield, Texas, and Step-daughter, Patricia Sharp of Gun Barrel City, Texas, several grandchildren including Trint and Toby Golden of Odessa, Texas, and several great-grandchildren . Brother, Mickey Redwine of Ben Wheeler, Texas and sisters, Brenda Thomas of Corsicana, Texas and Gayle Redwine of Ben Wheeler , Texas, and several nieces and nephews and her birds, Sunny and Buzzie.

Viewing will be from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, June 07, 2016 at the Odessa Funeral Home with Funeral Services following on Wednesday, June 08, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be Friday, June 10, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Concord Cemetery in Chandler, Texas.

Jan will always be missed and never be forgotten. She was truly one of the most amazing women this world has ever known.
