Jimmie Lee Ross, age 79, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
He was born April 13, 1930, to Orville, T. and Ada Lou (Mienzer) Ross in Erath County, TX. He was married to Cora Ross and he worked for Katy Industries. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Odessa.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ray T. and Charles Ross, and his daughter, Rebecca Ross.
He is survived by his wife, Cora Ross; his son, Randy Ross, both of Odessa; sister, Gwendolia Sosebee of Coppell, TX; grandson, Shawn Ross, and three granddaughters, Brianna, Brittany, and Hailey Ross.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with Rev. Clydel Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
