Odessa Texas. He was born February 8, 1949 in Belen New Mexico to Jimmy Allen Colbaugh Sr.& Ruth Elaine Van Houtan, He was

a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War Era and After over 19 years of dedicated service he retired from Energas Gas Company as a

Meter Reader. He is preceded in death by Parents & Brother: Timothy Lee Colbaugh. He is survived by Uncle: Jerry Van Houtan,of

Odessa Tx Cousins: Cindy Estoll (Rick) of Odessa, Karl Van Houtan,Karla Dietrich,and Lahonda Van Houtan. All of Guthrie

Oklahoma,and Tina Perry of Austin Texas. We the Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to
