Jose Ismael Ramos Sr.

In Our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found Our beloved Father, Son, Grandfather, Brother & Dear Friend Jose Ismael Ramos Sr. Mr. Ramos 47, of Odessa surrounded by his loving family at his bedside, passed away Monday April 28, 2014 at his residence.

He was born December 14, 1966 in Chicago, IL. to Faustino Sr. and Elisa Gallardo Ramos. He was a Catholic and a Truck driver in the Oil Field Industry.

He is preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents; Leonardo and Ruperta Ramos, Maternal Grandparents; Jose S. and Jesusa Gallardo.

Mr. Ramos is survived by Sons; Reno Ramos of Odessa, Junior Ramos of Odessa, Parents: Faustino ”Tino” Sr. and Elisa “Licha” Ramos of Odessa, Girlfriend; Virginia Jacobo of Odessa, Brothers; Juan Ramos, Angel Ramos, Abel Ramos all of Odessa, Sisters; Christina Prieto of Odessa , Terry Mireles of Odessa, 5 Grandchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends. Pallbearers will be Isaac Ramos, Anthony Prieto Jr., J.J. Ramos, Dominic Mireles, Michael Ramos Jr., & Alfonso Camacho.

We the Ramos Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and everyone of you for all your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time, May God Bless You All Abundantly.

Visitation will be held today Thursday May 1, 2014 from 8am to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass will be celebrated at 10am Friday May 2, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery Peaceful Gardens Section.
