Joe met and married the love of his life, JaLynn in June of 1987. He worked as a production foreman for Citation Oil and Gas for the past 25 years. Joe lived for God and loved his family. Joe was a compassionate man who always put others before himself. One of his great passions was being outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and enjoying God’s creation.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Jeanne Hogan.
He is survived by his wife, JaLynn Hogan of Midland, daughter, Jamie Hogan of Scottsdale, Arizona, sister, Martha White of Kamuela, Hawaii.
Family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
A Memorial service will be Friday, January 3, 2014 at 1:30pm at Crossroads Fellowship in Odessa with David Newton officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the High Sky Children’s Ranch.
