Juanita Carnero

Juanita Carnero, 78, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 6, 2017 where she will reside in her heavenly home forever. Juanita was a homemaker and loved by us all and will be greatly missed. She was born May 27, 1938 in Presidio County, TX. Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, Selso and Ramona Sosa, her father, Roman Carrillo, her first husband, Antonio T. Barreraz, her late husband, Fernando Carnero, siblings, Jesus Sosa, Socorro Sosa, Margie Mendoza, and her son, Larry Barrarez. Juanita is survived by her children, Fabian and Martha Barreraz, Rosa Maria Galindo and husband Alfredo De La Garza, Eloisa Barreraz and husband Edward Sherman, Jesse and Amy Barreraz, siblings, Manuel Sosa, Petra Rodriguez, Mary Caballelo, and Maria Mata, (14) grandchildren, (29) great-grandchilden, and (1) great-great-grandchild. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm Wednesday, May 10, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Ector County Cemetery/Rosehill section. Pallbearers will be Xavier Herrera, Manny Barreraz, Matthew Martin, Antonio Galindo, Tony Barreraz, Gabriel Barreraz, Mark Barreraz and Daniel Martin. Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
