Kenneth Richard Archer

He was born on March 7, 1928, near Gordon in Erath County, Texas.

Kenneth was a thoughtful and kind man who cared deeply for his friends and family. He is survived by his son, Allen Archer and daughter-in-law Therese Archer, step-grandsons Kenneth Wayne, Jason, and Justin Brown, and step-granddaughter Heather Brown. He was preceded in death by his wives, Callie J. Archer and Laverne Fuller Archer, his brothers James and Everett Archer, his sister Carolyn Archer, and step-daughter R. Jane Denny.

Kenneth served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1946 to 1947. He then pursued a career as a Pipeline Welder from 1951 to 1975 and later became the Owner and President of KAMAC Construction Co. from 1975 to 2005.

In his free time, Kenneth was a member of H.A. McFarland Masonic Lodge and Andy G. Vaughn Masonic Lodge. He will be remembered for his dedication to his work and his commitment to his community.

A visitation for Kenneth will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors, 4635 Oakwood Dr, Odessa, Texas 79761. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 6801 E 1-20 Business Loop, Odessa, Texas 79762.
