Mildred B. Chapman

She was born June 18, 1925 in Ira, TX to Dee Roy & Esther Eden (Weaver) Chapman.

During WWII she worked at Ryan's Aircraft Plant as a riveter. She had been a bookkeeper for the House of Seat Covers. She was a member of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Midland where she had been a faithful choir member.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Frances Isbell.

She is survived by her sisters, Faye Stewart of Midland, Katy Davis & husband Cotton of Odessa, Donna Gray & husband C D of Snyder & Louise Bryant & husband Jimmy of Monahans, several nieces & nephews and many friends.

There will be a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Bryant officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Snyder Cemetery in Snyder, TX.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Stewart, Steven Davis, Scott Davis, Blakke Davis, Kyle Rosson, Donna Faye Rosson & Jim Bryant.
