Patsy Ruth (Lee) Everett

She was born December 3, 1938 to F.D. (Jack) and Mavanee Johnson Lee in Hamlin, TX.

She met the love of her life Don Everett in Odessa and they were married on May 28, 1961.

She loved camping and traveling. Their journeys took them from coast to coast and into Canada,

accompanied by their loyal “Westie” dog Dunsten. Patsy was known as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother,

and stood as the bedrock of her family.

Patsy was raised in Odessa and graduated from Odessa High School.

She retired from Odessa College in 1997 where she had worked for 20 years as the Assistant to the Dean of Instructional Administration.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Don Q. Everett, son, James David Everett and wife Cindy of Nocona, TX, daughter, Diane K. Lee and husband Mich and daughter, Janna Renee Everett Parker, sister, Phyllis Patton all of Odessa, grandchildren, Stewart Parker, Chris Everett, Kari Everett, Jordan Lee and wife Dakota, and Jamie Lee.

A memorial service will be 1pm, Friday, February 27, 2015 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Terry Tamplin officiating.
