He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Dee Linn; children: Kay Kay, Josh, and Robbie; step-children: Michael and Michelle. He will be lovingly remembered by his 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters: Kay, Ollie and Mary Ann; brother: Art; and stepson: Richard Griffin.
Phil was born in El Paso, TX on January 29, 1950. He worked for the City of Odessa in the Parks department for 20 years, where he later retired. Phil was a veteran of both the Navy and the Army. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his wife, which he cared for so deeply, and their “baby” dog, Teacup. He also enjoyed going fishing, hunting and a good BBQ. Phil was a dedicated husband, father and a devoted man to his faith.
Funeral services will be held on November 7, 2022 at 11 AM at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. A gathering for family and friends to celebrate Phil’s life will follow at First Baptist Church in Odessa.
