Ramona Castillo Gomez

Our precious mother, Ramona Gomez, age 89 passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in Midland. She was born November 24, 1928 in Balmorhea, Texas to Julian and Julia (Fuentes) Castillo. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her 6 children, Joe Gomez, Maria Elena Gonzalez (Jose Luis), Lupe Vasquez, Anita Vega, Armida Jaquez (Richard), and Margie Diaz; 1 brother, Ricardo Castillo; 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Moses Gomez in 2000. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with her grandson, Roy Jaquez officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery.
