Refugia Ruth "Cuca" Baeza Sanchez

Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found a beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great- Great-Grandmother & Dear Friend Refugia Ruth (Cuca) Sanchez.

Ms. Sanchez 92, of Odessa, Surrounded by her loving family, passed away Sunday November 22, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1923 in Presidio, Texas to Jesus Baeza and Gregoria Sosa.

She was a Christian Catholic and a Homemaker. She is preceded in death by Parents Jesus and Gregoria Baeza, Husband Ricardo Sanchez Sr., granddaughter Rebecca Sanchez, 7 Brothers and 1 Sister.

She is survived by Son; Juan R. Sanchez (Olga) of Odessa, Daughters; Rosa Valdez (Joe) of Odessa, Romelia Rayos of Odessa , Brother; Alfredo Baeza of Presidio, Texas, Sister, Elisa Spencer of El Paso, Texas, Lucilla Varela of Washington State, 7 Grandchildren Donna, Joely, Yvonne, Krista, Pamela, Dana, and Ricardo II, 17 Great-Grandchildren, 6 Great- Great-Grandchildren, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends.

Visitation will today Tuesday November 24, 2015 from 8am to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10am Wednesday November 25, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Reverend Mark Woodruff officiating. Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery RoseHill Section. Services by Odessa Funeral Home.
