Roger Alan Snodgrass

Roger Alan Snodgrass, 57, of Odessa, Tx passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017. He was born on September 24, 1959 in Lamesa, Ca to Q.R. and Josie Snodgrass. Roger is survived by his mother, Josie Snodgrass of Odessa; his four daughters, Angela and husband Jason Green of Odessa, Samantha and husband Jason Davies of New Braunfels, Tx, Sarah and husband David Krist of Plano, TX, and Kasye Lentz Snodgrass of Odessa; brother Rodney Snodgrass of Odessa; Uncle, George Collum of Odessa; Aunt, Mary Barnhill of Donna, Tx; as well as 6 grandchildren, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. Roger also leaves behind his lifelong best friend and companion Charlene Lentz of Odessa, as well as her daughter Kisha and husband Robert Alexander and children of Odessa. Roger is preceded in death by father Q. R. Snodgrass, and brother Ronald Snodgrass.

Roger was a loving father, grandfather, and son. He enjoyed Dallas Cowboys football, spending time at Oak Creek Lake, and good times and laughs with friends and family. He had the mind of a scholar and the heart of a poet. He leaves behind so many fond memories and will be missed dearly.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 20, 2017, 6-8pm at Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 11:00am at Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Kermit, Tx.
