In Our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, & Dear Friend Terri Lynn Pettis. Ms. Pettis 52, of Odessa surrounded by her loving family at her bedside, passed away Sunday April 12, 2015 at her residence. She was born May 5, 1962 in Orlando, Florida to Bobby Ray Pettis and Carol Francis Ballou. She was a Christian and a homemaker. She is preceded in death by Son: Daniel William Pettis Ortiz, Parents; Carol Ballou Corbitt and Bobby Ray Pettis, Brother; David Volz. Ms. Pettis is survived by sons; Justin Pettis (Destiny) of Odessa, Nick Pettis (Mandy) of Columbia, TN, Daughter-in-Law Anita Ortiz of Odessa, Brother: Chris Volz of Odessa, Sisters; Vikki Volz and Jonnie Pettis both of Odessa, 6 Grandchildren; Ayden Allstin Ortiz, Dominik Avan Ortiz, Alischa Pettis, Ashland Pettis, Addison Pettis, and Riley Jenkins, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends. We the Pettis Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for all your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. Visitation will be held today Thursday April 16, 2015 from 8am to 9pm with a Family gathering with friends from 6pm to 8pm at Odessa Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10am Friday April 17, 2015 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. with Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment to be held at a later date. Services by Odessa Funeral Home.
