Virgie Nadine Pierce

As a young girl, her family moved to Oklahoma where she attended school and graduated from Reed High School. Early on, she took up piano lessons and became a very accomplished pianist. While still in middle & high school she played for school programs as well as weddings & church.

After high school graduation she married her high school sweetheart, Leslie Pierce, and moved to Odessa, TX where they had 3 daughters. Nadine was a homemaker and later became the bookkeeper for their oilfield construction company. She was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church where she played the piano until her death.

She was preceded in death by her husband and there was certainly a happy reunion in heaven when she arrived.

She is survived by her daughters Belinda Alley, Charlotte Lyons, and Kimberly Pierce of Odessa, grandchildren Sean & Misty Alley & their daughters Paisley & Piper of Wolfforth, Samantha & Matt Lawson & their children Logynn, Dakota, & Prestyn of Odessa, Joshua Lyons, Micah Lyons, Nathan Lyons & Abbey Lyons.

A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, January 21, 2022 at 2 PM at Calvary Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made in her memory to Calvary Baptist Church, 8644 Andrews Hwy, Odessa, TX 79765.
