8 mai 192022 juillet 2020

Archibald Bonner passed away at the age of 100 years and 2 months. His final request to God was that he be allowed to live to the age of 100. Brother Bonner was given away as an infant but was determined to live his life honorably. He worked hard all his life with only an 8th grade education. He did his part as a member of the United States Army in World War II. He later worked in warehouses, delivered ice and coal to residents, drove cabs, and finally retired from Boeing Manufacturing Company.

He was married and divorced from one wife (Dorothy Jean Caldwell). He was a father of 2 sons, Archie and Roger (deceased); grandfather to Angela and Tiffany; great-grandfather to Erica and Jasmine; and great-great-grandfather to Braylyn (grandson) and Aalayla (granddaughter).

Brother Bonner lived in several areas of this country, but most of his like was in Kentucky and Washington State.

My sympathy and prayers are with you all in the loss of Bro. Bonner. He was indeed a man that loved God and wanted others to know about him and be part of His Kingdom. I still remember the scriptural cards he would make himself to hand out to anyone that would take them. He would promote those cards every chance he could and leave them where you could find them. Bro. Bonner spent time in the Word; he could quote scriptures from memory even at an age where some lose their mind. Everyone once in a while, you come across a person that transcends the Spirit of the Lord through them. Bro. Bonner was one of those people.

I thank God for having known brother Bonner. He loved the Lord and with every breath wanted for others to know why they should become a Christian, and member of the Lords Church. He was such a positive influence.
My condolences to the family. Gone for now but not forever. He did fight a good fight.
