

Bertie Kline Kerrigan Foster peacefully passed away on Monday, August 6, 2012. Bertie was born in Pawnee, OK, one of four children of Elmer and Hazel Kline.
In 1952, she married John T. Kerrigan. To this union, four sons, John, David, Jim and Chuck, were born.
In 1978, she married Chuck F. Foster, who preceded her in death in 2005.
“Nan,” as she was known by her beloved grandchildren, was also predeceased by her parents and by granddaughter Amy Foster. She is survived by her brothers, Jack Kline and his wife May, Everett Kline and his partner David Wald; her sister Jean Kline; her sons and their wives, John T. Kerrigan, Jr.; David Kerrigan and Paula; Jim Kerrigan and Nancy; and Chuck Kerrigan and Missy; by her stepsons and their wives, Rick and Vicky Foster, Jay and Cristy Foster; by her grandchildren and their spouses, Michael and Molly Kerrigan, Trey and Carey Kerrigan, Katie and Taylor Shinn, Kim and Jed Ferguson, Jay Kerrigan, Jenny Kerrigan, Blake and Sarah Kerrigan, Chad Kerrigan, Maggie and Tyler Vaughan, Charles F. Foster III, Cari Gibson, Sara Walters and Emily Childress; and by numerous great grandchildren.
Bertie was an active member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, was a docent at the Cowboy Hall of Fame, and a proud Kappa Alpha Theta. She cherished her friends and family and will be deeply missed by all. Bertie loved laughter and was forever young.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to a favorite charity.
A celebration of her life will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Friday, August 10 at 2 p.m.
The family is deeply grateful for the tender and passionate care provided by the Sixth Floor ICU Unit at
Integris Baptist Hospital.
