

Betty Helen “GaGa” went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 23, 2020. Born on April 13, 1936, to Leonard and Etta Sanders in Hollis, Oklahoma. Sadly, Etta passed when Betty was just a few months old. Leonard later married Abigail and they raised Betty, along with her 2 brothers and 3 sisters on a farm north of Hollis, Oklahoma. Betty graduated from Ron, a rural high school, and then moved to Oklahoma City where she attended Draughon’s College of Business and then went to work in the medical field where she met LeRoy Greer. Betty was married for 46 wonderful years to LeRoy until his death on May 4, 2002. After her marriage to LeRoy, Betty was a homemaker and volunteered at numerous nursing homes, Presbyterian and Deaconess Hospital. Betty and LeRoy raised two sons and a daughter. Betty was a lifelong member of Crestwood Baptist Church where she enjoyed being a friend to many. At the time of her death, Betty lived at Southern Plaza Retirement Community where she attended church and had many friends. Preceded in death by her father Leonard, her mother Etta and second mother Abigail; her brother Jack and sisters Neil and Nora. Betty is survived by her son, Lee Greer and Lee's wife Kathy of Burleson Texas; son, Gary Greer and Gary's wife Wendy of Bethany, Oklahoma; daughter, Karen Volz and Karen's husband Jim of Piedmont, Oklahoma; grandchildren, James Volz of Abilene, Texas, Kimberly Walla and Kimberly’s husband Jeff of Piedmont, Oklahoma and Ally Greer and her husband Stephen Goodman of Norman, Oklahoma, Oklahoma; great grandchildren Zoie, Olivia and Gabrielle Volz and Hudson and Finley Walla; sister, Winnie Sexton of Apache, Oklahoma and brother Charles Sanders of Norman, Oklahoma along with many nieces and nephews. Betty will be buried at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery next to her beloved husband LeRoy. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Goodbye sweet Mom and Gaga, we will see you in Heaven.
