Carolyn Ruth Garber Andrews

Carolyn lived in Oklahoma City Oklahoma, from 1991 to 2001 before moving to Tulsa, where she resides from 2001 to 2024. She was a member of the Believers Church and Life Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and found joy in attending services and sharing her love of God with others. Her favorite music included Christian and Oldies and her perfect day was spent surrounded by loved ones.

Carolyn earned her Master’s in Education and dedicated decades of her life to shaping young minds as an educator. She was also a devoted mother and a source of inspiration to all who knew her. Her family remembers her for teaching them the importance of faith, which she lived out daily in both her personal and professional life.

Carolyn was married to Greg Garber for 28 years and later to Mark Andrews, with whom she shared 10 years of marriage. She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Kathryn Reynolds (Robert) of Edmond, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Stephen O’Brien and Alice O’Brien-Prickett, and her son, Matthew James Garber.

A graveside service for Carolyn will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6001 NW Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118. Following the graveside service will be a memorial service at 1:00 PM at Believer's Church, 4705 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145.
