Cecil Sarahleen Self

On March 20, 1953, Sarah married Charles J. Self and together they shared 54 years of marriage.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles, her Parents Cecil and Anna Gunter, and her siblings Ernie Gunter, Bobby R. Gunter, Elizabeth Johnson, and Charles Gunter.

She is survived by her four children, Janie and husband Jack Williams, Porter and wife Nancy Self, Corby and wife Donna Self, Darla and husband Eric Stevenson; 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, two sisters Pat Daniels and Donna Roberts, and many other family members and friends that were touched by her giving spirit.

A visitation will be held at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159, US, on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Westmoore Community Church, 11513 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73170, US, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 am with burial to follow at Resthaven Memory Garden, 500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
