
Charles Randolph (Randy) Hiatt passed from this life on June 6, 2014, in Oklahoma City, OK. Randy was born on June 3, 1953, to Mildred Lee (Rowe) Hiatt and Lambert Roscoe Hiatt in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Classen High School in 1971, then went to OSU and received a B.S. degree in 1975. He then was employed by the Army Corps of Engineers as a Park Ranger and later the Manager over the Kerr McClellan Locks on the Arkansas River Navigation System at Gore, OK. He retired after 27 years in 2004, and moved back to Oklahoma City to live the remainder of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Janis Hiatt Sidwell, and a brother Jack Hiatt. He is survived by his wife Linda, a brother David Hiatt and wife Gwen of Portland, ME, sister- in-law Patty Hiatt of Jacksonville, FL., 4 nieces, Leigh Anne Sidwell Johnson of Kansas City, KS, Joanna Hiatt Kim, Laura Hiatt Magill both of Virginia, Keeley Hiatt of San Francisco, CA, and a nephew, Billy Sidwell of Marblehead, MA. Randy enjoyed hunting and fishing with his longtime friend Mike. In later years he enjoyed bird watching, and being with his dog, Buddy. Memorial services will be held June 27, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Hahn Cook/Street & Draper, 6600 Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City, OK.
