Dr. Chiu-Shang Tsai, age 77 passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. Chiu-Shang was born January 5, 1945 in Tounan, Taiwan.
A memorial service for Chiu-Shang will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 8701 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73162.
