

Surrounded by his loving family, Clarence Thomas Fagan passed away on October 8, 2022 after an extended illness. One of four children, Tommy was born July 21, 1933 in Melvin, Alabama, to Arthur and Nora (Atchley) Fagan.
Tommy joined the U.S. Navy to serve his country and was honorably discharged in 1956. He married Carrie Broadhead and they were inseparable.
Tommy attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. For years he worked at Weyerhaeuser Paper Company in Valliant, Oklahoma as Director of Engineering and Maintenance.
He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City. He was a proud member of the Bedouin Shrine Temple. When not on the golf course, you could hear Tommy plucking away at his guitar or banjo. He was a talented musician and enjoyed playing for a group.
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Hilton Fagan and his wife Merle Fagan, sister Merna Turner and her husband Reece Turner, and brother-in-law Hugo Nix.
He leaves to carry on his legacy his loving wife of 69 years Carrie Fagan; daughter Pamela Fagan Martin and husband John Martin of Cozumel, Mexico; son Brian Fagan and wife Lori Fagan of Edmond, Oklahoma; sister Beatrice Nix of Melvin, Alabama; grandchildren Miranda Martin, Lindsey Fagan, Andrew Fagan and great granddaughter Olivia Valentina Castillo Martin, as well as a host of friends from St. Ann’s Retirement Center.
A come and go reception honoring his life with refreshments will take place at St. Ann’s Retirement Center on Thursday, October 13th from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
