

Donald Ray Cochran II, 68, passed away on February 16, 2026. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK. He was the son of Donald and Lucille Cochran, who both preceded him in death. Donnie grew up in Warr Acres and graduated from Putnam City High School.
Throughout his life, he was known for his loyalty, kindness, and generosity. He loved watching the Thunder, OU Sooner sports, and especially tailgating at OU football games. He enjoyed music and concerts, including Bob Seger and Jimmy Buffet, and he loved spending time at the lake with family and friends. He lived a life centered around family, hard work, and genuine care for others.
Donnie had a long career as an insurance adjuster, after he left his career in construction, where he worked on all aspects of home building. Donnie also built the family home they lived in for more than 30 years, as well as a beloved lake place where countless memories were made.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lisa, with whom he shared many years of devotion, laughter, and partnership. Together, they built a strong and loving family, raising three children and creating a home filled with warmth and cherished memories.
He is survived by his children: his daughter, Haley Cochran; his son, Trey Cochran, and Trey’s daughter, Juliet; and his son, Brad Cochran, his wife Brittaney, and their children, Cameran, Chloe, Cooper, and Brody.
He is also survived by his sisters: Cindy Moore and her late husband, Bob; Candy Luschen and her husband, Scott; and Sandy Cochran and her husband, Kenny Meyer, along with many other loving family members. Donnie cherished his family, and the lifelong bond he shared with his loved ones remained strong throughout his life.
Donnie will be remembered for his warm heart, his love for family, and the steady, dependable way he supported those around him. His legacy lives on in his children, grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A visitation with Donnie's family will be Sunday, February 22, from 2 pm - 4 pm at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Services will be the following day at the funeral home, Monday, February 23 at 10 a.m.
