Frank "Doc" Louis Golliday

Frank "Doc" Louis Golliday, Guthrie area resident, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021. Frank was born December 16, 1935 in Burlington, Iowa to Robert and Lucy (Meek) Golliday. Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Winona Marie (Bailey) Golliday and daughter Leona Kulanaokali Payne. Frank was later remarried to his wife Somboon Golliday in 2013.

Frank served in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years. After his retirement from the Air Force he went on to have a career as a Civil Engineer at Tinker Air Force Base. Frank received his Engineering Degree at Oklahoma State University. Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He never met a stranger and was kind to everyone that crossed his path. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, his dogs and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Somboon Golliday; son-in-law, Don Payne; grandchildren, Brian and (wife) Andrea Goldbeck, Daniel and (wife) Sherry Payne, and Amanda Payne and (husband) Steven Lakey;

great-grandchildren, include: Naysa, Kalea, Alden and Keoni Goldbeck, and Lily and Leah Payne.

A memorial service for Frank will be held Friday, December 10, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141.
