

Jackie was born on October 23, 1950, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Dorothy and Jack Carter. She passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 75. She was the oldest of six children. She joins her parents and brother, Jerry, and is survived by 4 of her siblings, Jimmy, Janet, Jo, and Jeffrey. She married Albert in 1967 and together they had two children. She was a devoted mother to Albert Jr. and Stephanie, and a loving grandmother to her numerous grandchildren. She dedicated 30 years to her work at the O’Reilly’s Distribution Center where she met many life-long friends. She enjoyed bowling and bingo with her mom and sisters and was famous for her brownies. She never missed a chance to spend time with her grandchildren and had a special bond with each of them.
She was a caring and strong-willed woman whose life was rooted in love, family, and hard work. She was independent and nurturing and she took pride in caring for everyone around her. She always showed up when someone needed her. She was known as a great cook, expressing her love through the meals she prepared- everyone felt welcome at her home. Her presence was steady, her love constant, and her devotion to others was unwavering. She will be remembered for the way she cared, the strength she carried, and the lives she touched.
A visitation will be held at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159, on December 21, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Riverlife Church, 910 S Santa Fe Ave, Moore, OK 73160, on December 22, 2025, at 10:00 am.
A graveside service will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, 500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
