Jane Henley-Saur

Jane Henley Saur, 91 years young, passed away on March 14, 2015. She was born on September 1, 1923 in Oklahoma City. Jane was a grower at a local florist in the early years of her adult life. After her children were grown, she spent most of her time as an Antiques Dealer and Estate Liquidator. Jane took great pleasure in showing and teaching her grandchildren her stamp collection and antiques. She was able to take a joke as well as she could dish them out. During her later years she kept her mind sharp by working puzzle books and her fingers nimble by sewing tea towels. She is preceded in death by her parents,1 sister, 2 husbands, 1 daughter, and 1 grandson. She is survived by her daughter, Martha and husband Pat Gragg; daughter, Nancy and husband Steve Schmidt; niece, Janelle and husband Charlie Cox; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Services will be 10am Tuesday, March 17, at Guardian West Funeral Home, 5820 NW 41st Street, Warr Acres, OK with interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to cancer research.
