

Jerrald was born in Oklahoma City, OK on April 7, 1962 to Jack Myron and Barbara Gayle (Survoss). He graduated from Putnam City High School and worked 26 years at Baptist Medical Center in OKC. He also operated a mowing business for many years.
He enjoyed race cars and the world of racing. #9 was his car in NASCAR. His dream was to meet his drivers, Bill Elliott, Kasey Kahne, and Chase Elliott, and this dream came true with two of the three. He enjoyed his time working on sprint cars at the Oklahoma State Fair Speedway where the team took home several championships. He enjoyed fishing and scuba diving. He was very involved in his daughter, Molly’s, Girl Scouts activities and his son, Jacob’s, bowling and robotics competitions, even going to the World’s Competition with him. One of the highlights of his life was to see his wife, Mariann, go back to school and become a kindergarten teacher. He loved Christmas movies and decorations. Jerrald accepted Jesus into his heart many years ago during a visit with Melvyn and Gail Brown, his loving in-laws.
He is survived by spouse, Mariann Brown; Children, Molly, Jacob, Kara, Christopher, Felisha, and family pet Saydi Rose; brothers and sisters, Jack Myron (Cheryl), Betty Louvee, Dolly Sue, Jerry Gayland (Candace), Gerry Joe and Jeffery Richard. He was preceded in death by his brother, Sydney James; parents, Jack and Barbara; son, Kyle and unborn baby Brown. He also leaves behind MANY nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Christ Central Church, 2715 NW 50th Street, Oklahoma City, OK. Please join us for a Celebration of Life. All arrangements are being made through Advantage Funeral & Cremation service- South Chapel, 7720 S. Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.
