Joyce Marie Bradley

Joyce Marie Bradley, 77, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away on July 1, 2025 with her loving family at her side. Joy, as she was called by those who knew her best, was born into a family that would grow to where she would have 6 sisters and 2 brothers. She was born on December 18, 1947 in Tulsa, OK to her parents Victor Anthony Bradley and Jewel Marie (Stephens) Bradley, and was the second oldest of the 9 children.

Joyce was a 1966 graduate of CE Donart High School in Stillwater, OK and attended her freshman year of college at Oklahoma State University.

She began her working career at Oklahoma State University and after moving to Oklahoma City, she was employed with the Oklahoma State Government. She continued to work in the private sector until retiring from Franklin Electric (Little Giant Pump Co.). All throughout her working career, Joyce was a very hard worker. She always maintained a very high standard of work ethics and never took one sick day of leave from work.

Joyce dearly loved her family and pets and always enjoyed spending time with them. She was a devout Roman Catholic and a humble servant of our Lord Jesus Christ. She never asked for material riches, but rather her reward came from serving others with a heartfelt smile.

Joyce is survived by her siblings: Linda Hann of Roseburg, OR, Victoria Bradley of Stillwater, OK, Veronica Gayton of Stillwater, OK, Robert Bradley of Stillwater, OK, Betty Leyshion of Gainesville, VA, Jennifer Whittington of Royse City, TX, Tony (Victor) Bradley of Cypress, CA , and Mary Bradley-Taha of Oklahoma City, OK as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held for Joyce at 11:00 a.m.,on Monday, July 7, 2025 at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 2121 N. Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73107.
