Keith Max Green passed away August 23, 2018 after a long illness. He was born January 22,1955 in Blackwell Oklahoma. He was raised in Blackwell and attended Blackwell public schools until his graduation in May of 1973. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served as Assistant Bridge Petty Officer aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Ranger.
After active service from 1975 to 1977, Keith returned to Blackwell for a brief period before moving to Oklahoma City in 1978 to begin a civilian career at Tinker Air Force Base.
After retiring from Tinker in 2010, Keith enjoyed reading, working in his garden, collecting coins and boating on Lake Keystone.
Keith was preceded in death by his mother Marilyn Green, sisters Judy Green and Nancy Rhea, and brother Wade Green.
He is survived by his sister Karen Lafferty and Dottie Rains, brothers Zane Green and Joe Green; all of Oklahoma City. He also leaves a longtime girlfriend, Jackie Jeffereys of Columbia, Missouri.
