Leslie Ann Killian passed away in the early morning of October 2, 2023 surrounded by family at the age of 45 years old. She was born on March 24, 1978 to Thomas and Patricia Killian in Oklahoma City. She attended Oklahoma City Community College where she obtained her Associate’s degree in nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at a number of hospitals in the OKC area and later in her career became a case management nurse . She had two children, Haley and Justin Allen. She enjoyed trips to the lake, art festivals, Starbucks and sushi. She was also a passionate advocate for the legalization of medical marijuana in Oklahoma. She had a love of animals and fostered many labs over the years.
Leslie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Loraine Killian; maternal grandparents, Harry and Lucille Braden; aunt, Ann Killian, and her mother Patricia Killian.
She is survived by her father Thomas Killian II; sister, Melissa Pruitt; aunt and uncle, Bob and Sue Collins; daughter, Haley; son, Justin, and her two adored labs, Stoney and Willie. In Lieu of flowers,the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Heartland Lab Rescue or the American Diabetes Association, in honor of Leslie.
