Lore Sheltman, a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on July 1st, 2011. Mrs. Sheltman was born October 27th, 1931 in Ludwigsburg, Germany to Anton and Frida Laub. She retired from the Oklahoma State Legislative Service Bureau in 1999.
Mrs. Sheltman is survived by her daughter Lori Lynn Sheltman of Edmond, Oklahoma, sisters Gretl Highley of Edmond, Oklahoma, Helga David, Burga Laub, and brother Armin Laub who reside in Germany. Mrs. Sheltman is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jackie W. Sheltman, her parents and brother Heinz Laub.
There will be a memorial service at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper, 6600 Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City on Tuesday, July 5th at 10:00 am. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6001 NW Grand Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
