Mary Lorene Harrison was born on January 31, 1927 to Arthur Allen Robertson and David Eudora Porter in Konawa, Oklahoma. She was called by her Lord on April 12, 2024 in Choctaw where she lived with her daughter Raylene and son-in-law Tom.
She moved to Midwest City in 1953 where she and her husband, Raymond, opened Harrison Cleaners where they remained in business for 33 years.
They retired in Choctaw, where she lived for the next 48 years making many friends and beloved neighbors.
She was passionate about gardening, crossword puzzles, sewing, cooking, and singing. She was also a family champion playing dominoes.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Raymond Harrison, her son Jerry Harrison, daughter-in-law Cathy Harrison, daughter Betty Coughran, grandsons Mickey Coughran and Michael Callaway Jr. as well as her sister and brother.
Survived by Virginia Callaway (Mike), daughter Raylene Harrison (Tom), and son-in-law Ray Coughran.
Seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 6 great-great, one niece and three nephews.
A visitation for Lorene will be held Monday, April 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141. Her memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on April 16th at Bill Eisenhour NE Funeral Home; officiated by Rev. Tom Harrison and Rev. John Malget.
