Louella "Lou" Buck

Louella Buck, 85, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2020 after a long battle with dementia. She was born March 5, 1935 in Red Oak, Texas, the youngest of twelve children, to Shirley and Bertha Barton. She married the love of her life Aubrey Buck on September 11, 1954. Lou was a proud wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She loved hosting family get-togethers, testing new recipes, going to church, spending time with friends, water aerobics, shopping and working in her flowerbeds.

She is survived by her twin sons, Larry Buck, and wife, Sharon and Garry Buck; grandchildren, Tyler Buck and wife, Trisha, Ashley Stokes and husband, Chris, Emily Boudreau, Brian Buck-Thurman and husband, Dakota. Lou also leaves behind great grandchildren, Jackson, Riley, Zoey, Austin, Callie and Adelynn to cherish her memory.

Lou is preceded in death by all 11 of her siblings including her twin, Norcella at birth; husband of 57 years, Aubrey Buck and daughter, Sheryl.

The family wishes to thank Senior Helpers Caregiver Debra and Mercy Hospice Nurse Cindy & Ebony.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family to receive guests from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A funeral service in honor of Lou will take place on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
