Patricia Kay Murdock

Patricia Kay Murdock, 64, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on September 18, 2013 while surrounded by her family. Kay was born on December 10, 1948 in Littlefield, TX to Raymond William and Nora Frances (Vier) Jordan.

She enjoyed everything family, life, watching movies on Lifetime, playing the piano and organ, and helping out at softball games with her daughter. Kay owned Trendy Threads in Nicoma Park for five years, and also worked at Tinker until her retirement. She had a passion for helping others and loved her family immensely. She was a member of Choctaw Road Baptist Church, where she helped with the bereavement committee and attended the median adult’s 7b Sunday school class.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Mona Slawson, Jean Largent and Donald and Melvin Jordan. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Wendell; daughter, Missy Jennings (Eric); grandchildren, Joshua Lee Murdock, Marissa Kaye Coble (Ryan), John Garett Jennings; brother, David Jordan (Norma); and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the Choctaw Road Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Dale Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneralhome.com
