Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on February 15th 1946 to Carl and Estelene Kennemer. He graduated from Northeast High School in 1964. Phil was a Retired Concrete Mason. He spent his days, piddling, tinkering, and working around his house.
He was a Religious man and was a member of the Kingdom Hall. Our dad enjoyed sharing stories of his life and experiences. He will be remembered as a Force of Nature, a Survivor. His contagious laugh, his quick wit, and his urgency to help others will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his four children, son- Brian Kennemer and Wife Alicia, son- Richard Kennemer, daughter- Kristi Jackson and Husband Jason, son- Nathan Kennemer and Wife Megan. His fourteen Grandchildren and His sister Pat.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
