Rene Macias Cardona

Born on August 10th, 1974 in Mexico to Francisca Cardona and Manuel Macias. Rene had a big heart for everyone he met. Rene was strong, loving, compassionate, genuine, and humble.

Rene is preceded in death by his father Manuel. He is survived by his mother Francisca, his siblings Anabel, Juan Manuel, Hector, Berenice, Maribel and many nephews and nieces with extended family and friends. Rene leave behind his 2 daughters and 1 son. Yessica and her husband Jairo, Brenda and her husband Isidro and Rene Jr. He was a proud grandfather to Brielle and Isidro III.

Rene was devoted husband to Cristina for an amazing 29 years of marriage. Rene lit up the room anytime he stepped foot in. Rene loved having cookouts and get together to spend time with family. Rene also loved listening to music with his wife, kids, and grandbabies.

Rene was the perfect example of a great husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend and will be remembered for his magnificent heart and touched many. Rene leaves behind a legacy that we will cherish forever.

A visitation for Rene will be held Monday, January 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A visitation will occur Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2706 S Shartel Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109.

Nuestro amado René Macías, esposo, padre, abuelo e hijo, falleció repentinamente el 8 de enero de 2025.

Nació el 10 de Agosto de 1974 en México, hijo de Francisca Cardona y Manuel Macías. René tenia un gran corazón para todos los que conocía. René era fuerte, cariñoso, compasivo, genuine y humilde.

A René le precedió en la Muerte su padre Manuel. Le sobreviven su madre Francisca, sus hermanos Anabel, Juan Manuel, Héctor, Berenice, Maribel y su esposo sobrinos con familiares y amigos. René deja astrás a sus 2 hijas y 1 hijo: Yessica y su esposo Jairo, Brenda y su esposo Isidro, y hijo, René Jr. Fue un orgulloso abuelo de Brielle e Isidro III.

René fue un esposo devoto de Cristina durante 29 años maravillosos de matrimonio. René iluminaba la habitación cada vez que entraba. A René le encantaba reunirse para pasar tiempo con la familia. También le encantaba escuchar música y bailar con su esposa sus hijos y sus nietos.

René fue el ejemplo perfecto de un gran esposo, padre, abuelito, hijo, hermano, tito y amigo,y será recordado por su magnifico corazón que conmovío a muchas personas. René deja un legado que atesoraremos por siempre.

El velorio para René se llevará a cabo el lunes 13 de enero de 2025 de 10:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m. en Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.Tambien se llevará a cabo el martes 14 de enero de 2025. 2025 de 9:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m., en Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services. Se llevará a cabo un funeral el miércoles 15 de enero de 2025 de 11:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m. en la Iglesia Católica del Sagrado Corazón, 2706 S Shartel Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109.
