Robert "Bob" Grubbs

Robert (Bob) Allen Grubbs, age 74, passed away on January 8th, 2026, 11:54 pm at Stillwater Memorial Hospital in Stillwater, OK.

Robert was born in Morenci, Michigan to Amer and Louise (Miller) Grubbs. Bob attended North Adams Public Schools in Michigan. Bob spent 25 years in United States Army and retired a First Sargeant. He enjoyed auctions, going fishing, and he loved his dogs. He also loved farming and taking care of the farm.

Bob loved country music, his favorite singer was Johnny Cash.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Janene Bridwell of Stillwater, OK, siblings Shorty (Barb) Grubbs of North Adams, MI, Mary Church (Mike) of Hillsdale, MI. His daughters Lisa Miller (Jeremy) of Jerome, MI, Sara Madsen (Christopher) of Jonesville, MI, Jasmine Morris (Brian) of Edmond, OK, Alllyssa Sievert (Wyatt) of Choctaw, OK, Jalynn Cannon (Mike) of Moore, OK, and Suzanne Bridgeman (Ken) of Portland, TX.

Bob also left to share his memory, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his very close friend Cecil Walsh who is more like a brother.

Service will be officiated by Pastor Lynn Graybill.

Full military honors will conclude the service.
