

Roy "Billy" Wilburn Santin, age 83, passed away July 25, 2025, at Midwest City Hospital in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Roy was born on December 2, 1941, in OKC to Adolph and Georgia Santin. He graduated from High School in Guthrie, Ok.
He served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1969. He worked at Tinker Air Force Base for over 30 years, retiring from the position. He was a member of Bryan Road Baptist Church, serving as a deacon, Youth director, and driving the church bus for several years. He loved to fish and play various sports. He coached softball and basketball, coaching his daughters from grade school through their high school years. He loved playing dominoes and card games with his family. Roy loved his family and had a kind heart. He gave a helping hand to anyone in need. He was a devoted and loving father, brother, uncle, and Papaw. He enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Roy's kindness, generosity, and love for his family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Santin; his granddaughter, Ashley Wilson; and his beloved parents and siblings.
He is survived by his three daughters, Gina Coleman of Choctaw, OK (grandchildren: Desirae Caudle and Ethan Caudle). Tami Flud of Chandler, OK (husband Billy Flud, grandson Chad Santin) and Shelly Wilson of Wellston, OK (grandkids Jonathan Wilson and Derrik Wilson). Three Sisters: Sharon Barrett, Nancy Cline, and Donna Wheeler, and numerous other family members. Two stepdaughters, Dana Drew and Dawn Brockman, both of Midwest City, and one grandson: Drew Brockman.
A visitation will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd St, Oklahoma City, on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd, OKC.
