Sherry Britton passed away March 25, 2013. Sherry was born September 19, 1947 to Bette and Jack Sheehan. She had one sister Kathleen (Katie) who became her lifelong best friend. She attended Northwest Classen High School and Oklahoma State University where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and still was close to many sorority sisters. Sherry was a CPA and loved her work. She had two children: Christa and Jackson Sullivan and Jason and Laura Britton; grandchildren Claire and Cate Richardson, Elijah and Caroline Sullivan and Grant and Emma Britton who were truly the sunshine in her life. Most importantly, Sherry had given her life to Christ. A memorial service celebrating Sherry’s life will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Chapel Hill Methodist Church Youth Program.
