Lavell Wayne Pelham, 83, passes away on February 18,2026 in his home. He was the husband of Sandra Pelham and they shared almost 26 years of marriage. Wayne was born in Madill, Oklahoma, he was the son of Jude and Helen Pelham.
He graduated from Duke High School and got his welding certificate and worked as a welder for Matrix, building tanks. He attended Southwest Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his grandsons, rather it was working on the car or trimming trees. He also loved going to the casino.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Sandra; daughters, Lisa and Tracy; son-in-law, Sonny; grandchildren Dillyn, Steph, Cass, Nichole, and Tyler; brother, Eldon and wife Darlene. He is also survived by many great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jude and Helen and his son, Dean.
Visitation for Wayne will be from 4-6 pm, Tuesday, February 24 at Advantage Funeral Home, located at 7720 S. Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, February 25, at 1 pm at Advantage Funeral Home Chapel. An interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, OK.
