Our deepest condolences for the loss of our dear friend and milling co-worker " Chuck Jordan " .
I enjoyed working with Chuck for eight years when I was the milling Supt .in Buffalo , New York for International Multifoods .
We have many good memories , Chuck was a great guy to be around and a superb miller to work with .We will have Chuck in our daily prayers .

Lois & Family -  Wendy and I were very much surprised by the news about Chuck, which we received through the IAOM office.  We would certainly have attended the services had we known in time.  Since the mid-1960s at Springfield, IL, I  have enjoyed being a milling associate and friend of Chuck's.  Lois, we will keep you in our prayers, and hope the healing process is swift for the entire family.

Sad to hear about the loss of Chuck. I worked with him @ G Mills in KC,Mo. He was a great guy to be around and we sat togeather at a K-State bowl game in Dallas. Sorry for your loss. Frank Healy IFC

I was surprised and shocked to hear about Chuck.  I have many good memories of working with him in Jamaica.  Chuck was one of the hardest workers I have ever worked with.  Our prayers are with you and your family.

I am so fortunate to have met and known Chuck (paw). He was like a second father to us growing up. Some of my best memories are being down in the basement shooting pool for hours on end. Once he let me win! Our deepest sympathies to the entire Jordan family.

It is not until you've gained a little life experience that you truly understand how wonderful your parents are. Here are a few things we have learned from our Dad that we would like to pass on to our own kids.
• A little spit on a boo-boo does make it feel better.
• A look and a finger snap will keep most kids in line at church.
• You can actually hear Dad calling you home for dinner from miles away.
• Always make time for your children.
• It is better to fess-up if you did it. Preferably before everyone gets punished.
• Hard work might not always be fully appreciated, but it is always the right thing to do.
• If you have an opportunity to make someone smile and laugh, take it. 
• A big hug and a kiss makes everyone's day a little brighter.
• When doing a home improvement project make sure you have a deposit for the swear jar.
• Everyone should know how to check their oil and change a tire.
• Everyone, no matter who they are, deserves your compassion and generosity.
• Purple is an awesome color - Go K-State.
• There are always bumps in the road; it is how you handle them that make a family strong.
• If you're going to leave your vacuum out, you might as well give it a name (George)
• True love given with respect and caring can last a lifetime.
• Sacrifice your body to stop the ball (it only hurts for a little bit), and always keep your eye on the ball!
• According to Dad we are having knuckle sandwiches and frog legs for dinner.
• Always buy two of everything on the grocery list just to be safe.
• Having Grandchildren is one of life's best gifts.
• When seeing Grandchildren, always have a supply of ice cream and candy.
• Sitting around the table for a family meal is the best way to connect on a daily basis.
• When there are ducks on the pond, you want to bring them home.
• Socks work just as well as tissues if caught watching a sad movie.
• Do something you love and do it the best you can.

 

We are so thankful to have had such an amazing father who was always there for us, who made each of us feel special and loved.  He would give the biggest bear hugs for all of our accomplishments and even our failures.  He was a magnet to all kids and almost always had a kid snuggling on his lap.  We know he'll be looking down from Heaven and watching over all of us. Love you Dad!

Our deepest sympathies to all of the Jordan family.  May God bless all of you and help you find comfort in your time of sorrow.  Chuck was a wonderful man, so full of love.  He will be greatly missed.

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Jordan.  Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.

Chuck was such a great man. He welcomed me, Mickey, and Layla into his family with open arms! We love you so much. RIP.

We are so very sorry for your loss.  "Grandpa Chuck" was such a kind man and we know he will be missed by so many.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.  May happy memories ease your pain and sorrow.

I was one of the genealogists in the Moorman Family.  I don't remember meeting Chuck but did meet his mother, Anna, many many years ago - early 80's. My deepest sympathy for the whole family.
