He was born in Storm Lake, Iowa to Harold Vernon Geisinger and Laura Mae (Hutchinson) Geisinger on January 15, 1953. Don was very active with First Christian Church of Olathe, specifically the food pantry. He loved farming and being outdoors. Don was devoted to his family and will be missed as a husband, father, brother and friend.
Don is preceded in death by his parents: Harold and Laura Mae Geisinger and brother-in-law, Bryan Duncan.
Survivors include his wife, Debby Geisinger; children: Darren Geisinger and Diana Geisinger; sister, Susan Geisinger of Storm Lake, IA; brother, Harold “Butch” Geisinger and wife Sally of Storm Lake, IA; brother-in-law, Jeff Duncan and wife Shari; sisters-in-law: Lori Duncan of Olathe, KS and Nancy Gotchey and husband Dan of Denver, CO; mother-in-law, Gwendolyn Duncan of Olathe, KS; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 1:30pm – 2:30pm at First Christian Church of Olathe with Funeral Service to follow at 2:30pm. Burial will follow services in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
