Elizabeth was born on January 19, 1928 in Hays, Kansas to the late Francis A. Bissing and Pearl (Benjamin) Bissing.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Francis A. Bissing and Pearl (Benjamin) Bissing; her husband, Thomas L. Talley; son, Thomas J. Talley and two brothers, William Bissing and Donald Bissing.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula A. Leach and her husband Larry of Olathe, Kansas and one brother, Paul Bissing. Left behind to cherish her memory are her six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
