John Chesney, 92, of Olathe, KS, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011 at Homestead of Olathe. Funeral services will be 4 pm, Friday, June 3, 2011 at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home, with burial following in Olathe Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-4pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Association.
Mr. Chesney is survived by 2 daughters, Patricia Ledom and Gail Chesney; sister, Estelle Pincomb; 4 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
