Michelle Ann Brashears, 49, of Olathe, Kansas passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at the Olathe Medical Center. She will forever be remembered as a loving daughter, niece, cousin and friend to everyone she met.

She attended and graduated from Olathe North High School, and was a member of First Christian Church in Olathe, Kansas. She was also an avid member of the “Hallmark Keepsake Keepers”.

Her love for country music gave her the opportunity to photograph country artists such as, Gary Morris, Ronnie Milsap, and Shenandoah just to name a few. And to become acquainted with them by going on the road to see them at several places such as, Washington DC, Broadway, and little country towns. She became Doug Supernaw’s “Fan Club President” for a few years. She was a country girl at heart.

Nothing gave her more pleasure than watching the Kansas City Royals and the “Super Bowl Champions” Kansas City Chiefs. She worked at Sprint after graduation and then later for the Olathe School District as a Paraprofessional in Special Education. Her love for children gave her the pleasure of working along side her mother, Margo with their Day Care business, M&M Children’s Day Care in Olathe, Kansas.

She is survived by her parents, Archie and Margo Brashears, her aunt, Sharon Brashears of DeSoto, Kansas, her uncle Jim Brashears and his wife Sandy of DeSoto, Kansas and her aunt Kristin Jenzen and her husband Gerold of Olathe, Kansas. She is also survived by her two cousins, Linsey Brashears of Overland Park, Kansas and Henry Jenzen of Olathe, Kansas. She will be sadly missed by her loving cats, “Mika”, “Missie”, “Mo” and “Marelee”.
